PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK)GENERAL INFORMATION NOTICE FOR THIRD PARTIES

Dear Data Subject,

As BİR ADIM SAĞLIK EĞİTİM, ARAŞTIRMA, DANIŞMANLIK, SAĞLIK HİZ. VE TİC. A.Ş. (“Bir Adım Sağlık”);

We process and transfer personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), related legislation, this Information Notice, the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy for Third Parties, and all other policies issued under KVKK (“Policies”). Personal data is processed only for the purposes specified within the KVKK and these Policies, limited to such purposes, and in compliance with the applicable processing conditions and general principles.

Under KVKK, the natural person whose personal data is processed is defined as the “data subject.” Accordingly, the rights of the data subject under Article 11 of KVKK are as follows:

a) To learn whether personal data is being processed,

b) To request information regarding the processing of personal data, if processed,

c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether such data is used in accordance with its intended purpose,

ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

d) To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed,

e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated under KVKK (Article 7),

f) To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction processes to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

g) To object to any result against the individual arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,

ğ) To request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.

Until a method is determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, applications must be submitted in writing.
