Before home care services begin, patients and their family members are visited in their own environment, where professional healthcare teams conduct assessments and analyze their specific needs.
Based on this evaluation process, personalized treatment and care plans are developed with the goal of maximizing the well-being and comfort of both patients and their loved ones.
Throughout the service period, the process continues to be monitored and evaluated through regular visits, while our institution’s physician remains in ongoing communication with your primary doctor.
During the treatment program, our multidisciplinary healthcare team also continues to support you with any additional healthcare services you may need.
All of our healthcare professionals supporting home care services are fully informed about the procedures carried out throughout the service process and are trained to respond to any potential or acute situations that may arise.
