Şengel stated that they established a system aimed at delivering healthcare services directly into individuals’ living spaces, emphasizing that this structure especially evolved in response to the needs that emerged during the pandemic period. Highlighting the increasing importance of home healthcare services, Şengel noted that Bir Adım Sağlık, currently operating primarily in Istanbul, aims to expand throughout the Marmara Region.
