Bir Adım Sağlık Took Part in the LEAD Network Türkiye Diversity & Inclusion in Leadership Conference

LEAD Network Türkiye, a Netherlands based non governmental organization working to increase the number of women leaders in the retail and consumer goods sectors, held its annual “Diversity & Inclusion in Leadership Conference” on September 17, 2024, at the Marriott Hotel in Ataşehir, Istanbul, with broad participation.

The conference aimed to raise awareness around equality, diversity, inclusion, and equity by bringing together CEOs and senior executives from brands operating in the retail and FMCG sectors.

This year’s event, themed “Hand in Hand for 50 = 50,” addressed diversity and inclusion through the framework of eight strategic priorities, with a total of 650 participants attending the conference.

As Bir Adım Sağlık, we also took part in the conference, gaining the opportunity to share our experiences regarding diversity and inclusion in leadership while engaging with the industry.
