Meeting with Istanbul University Nursing Students

At the event organized by the Nursing Department of :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}, Bir Adım Sağlık Founder Ayşe Şengel came together with nursing students.

During the event, Şengel inspired future nurses by sharing her experiences in the healthcare sector, her entrepreneurial journey, and the founding story of Bir Adım Sağlık. She emphasized that nursing is not only a profession requiring clinical knowledge, but also one that involves leadership, organization, and the responsibility to create value for society.

Students had an interactive experience by asking questions about career planning, the development of home care services, and entrepreneurship in healthcare. In her speech, Ayşe Şengel encouraged young nurses to be courageous, continuously improve themselves, and never compromise their professional ethical values.
