Meeting with Students at Bahçeşehir University Career Days
As Bir Adım Sağlık, we came together with students as part of the Career Days organized by Bahçeşehir University. Ayşe Şengel, Founder of Bir Adım Sağlık, shared her experiences in the healthcare sector and her entrepreneurial journey with young participants.
During the event, topics such as career planning in healthcare, nursing in the private sector, and the development of home healthcare services were discussed. Students took part in an interactive session by asking questions about post graduation career opportunities, multidisciplinary working culture, and entrepreneurship in healthcare.
In her speech, Ayşe Şengel emphasized that making a difference in healthcare is possible not only through clinical knowledge, but also through communication skills, ethical values, and a visionary perspective. She encouraged young people to be courageous, continuously improve themselves, and move forward without compromising their professional values.
