At the “Working and Sharing Nurses” event organized by the Department of Nursing at :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0} Faculty of Health Sciences, Bir Adım Sağlık Founder Ayşe Şengel came together with nursing students.
During the event, which attracted strong interest from young nursing candidates, Ayşe Şengel sincerely shared her professional journey in the healthcare sector, her entrepreneurial story, and the founding process of Bir Adım Sağlık. Emphasizing the importance of delivering sustainable healthcare services, remaining committed to ethical values, and maintaining a human centered approach, Şengel highlighted that nursing is not only a clinical profession, but also a field that requires strong leadership and organizational discipline.
Addressing young colleagues in particular during her speech, Şengel stated:
“Nursing becomes a force that truly adds value to society when combined with knowledge, conscience, and courage. Every nurse who produces, shares, and remains open to growth plays an active role in the transformation of the healthcare system.”
